  I had a really good experience in the store. I was served by a lovely sales assistant called Ruana. She was super polite and helpful and made sure I found everything I was looking for. It was a great experience with excellent customer service.

  The worst service ever! No hello, no smile, no proactivity ...had to ask for help and the girl assisting me was behaving like somebody put a gun to her head and forced her to be there. When I asked for another bra size, other sales lady was asking me why I need a bigger size, when I sad I just need it for comparison, she continued asking me why I think it is to small -I think I am allowed to try another size??!! She then asked the first girl to get me the other size...and there se was, walking like on a death row...she then told me they do not have the asked size and brought a bra for which she said it is the samwe- and was nothing like the one I tried on! I've had enough at that point and decided I will not leave my money there. I told the girl that it is the worst service ever on what she replied that I can not talk to people like that. Like what, honest?! Have them trained or have them replaced. I am a regular Intimissimi buyer but this is way below par.
