- PSPaul SilasJul 31, 20234.0Great customer service from Nelly. Nelly assisted me in choosing the right watch for me. I had a budget in mind but with Nelly's assistance I winded up spending an additional £800 on a watch I am really happy with. Well done Nelly.
- EBEdward BlytheJun 3, 20211.0Disappointed by the service at white city, I gave my watch in for repairs at the Sutton branch which subsequently closed due to covid. During this time I called Goldsmiths customer services multiple times until eventually I found out all servicing had been moved from Sutton to Westpoint- which was not an insignificant distance away. I was told my watch was then left with Rotary as Goldsmiths hadn't changed a forwarding address to one of their other stores and I only found this was the case when I chased up. As such my watch would have been left unclaimed. I was then told I would be called when my watch was ready for pick up - I wasn't. When I went to pick up the watch I was then only told about an extra bill I had to pay, and not even given the courtesy of a sorry for the trouble caused. However my only regret through all of this is that Tom, our wonderful sales assistant had to deal with an ignorant manager, who refused to try help his staff or us as customers. Goldsmiths as a company is clearly making money hand of fist to care about servicing their customers, after a pandemic

This is one of the worst jewelry shops I ever been to for their customer service. We ordered a ring a month back and they messed up the ring size. They were giving excuses instead of giving a solution. Then when I mentioned about their messup, she was accusing me of raising my voice. DUH..
