- LLLenaApr 3, 20241.0So disappointed with Goldsmiths, first time I was at the store the staff was very welcoming and friendly, second time staff near the door was very dismissive but an employee took over who was nicer, we ordered wedding rings several weeks ago and they have still not arrived, we had to enquire on their website if there were any updates and received a unintelligible email response that did not explain the whereabouts of our rings. Called today and after finally getting through we were told the rings will be dispatched some times this week, with no information or explanation. Very disappointed in this whole process and will never be using Goldsmiths again
