  I would give zero stars if I could. The sales consultants are absolutely rude. I came in twice, and both visits were unpleasant. The first time, we came to look for wedding rings. Once sales assistant realized we were only browsing and trying to find what suited us, she started looking at us judgmentally, because we were not going to make a purchase straight away. The second time, I came in to check whether an item I had already purchased online had been delivered. Another consultant was not kind at all. She said we have to ask customer service for when it arrives. It’s okay I understand that, but her ton was arrogant. The atmosphere is absolutely not customer-oriented. From the moment you enter, you feel stared at and treated as though you are not good enough for the shop. AVOID. P.S. read similar reviews and completely reassured that unfortunately it’s not only my experience was that bad.

  Hi I had been to your shop to buy a Tissot watch.i was attended by a lady staff. Initially she greeted and asked us to take sit. We already decided what to buy while I was sitting my wife was looking around to see whether their is any other designs she likes. But this little lady was insisting her to sit. Later she bought the one which we showed. While making payment my wife asked does it have a monthly payment options, she made a comment of saying it's only £365 still my wife yes I prefer monthly payment if option available. She then started to enter my details, ok process she asked my wife is she working in hospital upon telling the organisation she is working, very unprofessionally she said the hospital is a very bad service most of her clients tell her, then my wife refused to that. Later my wife realised she forgot to bring her debit card instead she asked can she use my card but she refused. Over all that staff has a bad attitude and she is very judgemental. And talking to the customers about their workplace so negatively itself is a bad manners and unprofessional.I wouldn't visit this shop nor recommend anyone.Thanks

  my Omega came back with a deep scratch in it and no offer to have it polished out, just a sheepish look as it was handed to me. if I could award no stars I would.
