  Fantastic service in the Stratford Westfield store, extremely helpful & friendly, not pretentious at all in fact very humble & respectful, I bought a jumper online and the staff exchanged for a different size, no problems at all, well done GANT, you have some excellent staff selling your brand, I’ll definitely be back buying more stuff Andy

  There were 4 people working in this store, no other customers were in the store at the time. Not one person who worked at GANT spoke to me at any point, not even to ask me if I needed help with anything! Not one person even acknowledged that I was in the store for the entire time I was there! Very poor customer service.
