  What great service. I went in looking to buy some new jeans and being somewhat vertically challenged, I often find it hard to find jeans with a short enough leg length. I was served by a very helpful gentleman called Balki who offered to alter the length of the jeans to fit. Not only did he make me a very nice cup of coffee, he also arranged for the jeans to be delivered to my home. I was very impressed with the service and I will happily take the trip into London next time I need to buy some new jeans.
