I had a fantastic experience in Gant today, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Usually I wouldn’t expect a retailer to take back an item without its original packaging but Gant were flexible and understanding. I will certainly be coming back and shopping with them again. Nazim was especially helpful , I am not sure I have come across such a helpful person in retail previously :)

Arrived at 8:45 this morning to find the shop closed when your opening times say open from 8:30. Please update your opening times or be punctual!

Small but nice modern shop. Don't have all the colours or items you might see online but staff are friendly.
