He went genuinely above and beyond what I would have expected. Shahid took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and, when the item wasn’t available in the Battersea store and / or online, he went the extra mile by contacting the Edinburgh store, who had the last remaining item in stock. He arranged for it to be ordered and delivered directly to my home. It’s this level of care, initiative and customer service that really makes a difference. Shahid was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly throughout, and I really appreciated the effort he made to ensure I got the item I wanted. Outstanding service from Shahid and a real credit to GANT Battersea. Highly recommended!

Such outstanding exemplary customer service, friendly yet professional which resulted in me leaving with several items. Great ambassador for this brand. Such excellent service (often lacking in most London stores) makes me want to return time and time again. Keep up the great work Juan! Your efforts have not gone unnoticed!
