  I went today 08/07/2026 and the black man that works there, couldn’t stop asking me random questions, I swear to god, he was following me around the whole shop, every floor, consistently watching me, like I was some theif or something, weirdo, made me so uncomfortable.

  A beautifully designed space with a strong sense of style and attention to detail. Even from the entrance, the interior creates a memorable impression and reflects the brand’s character perfectly.

  I had a lovely experience at Dolce & Gabbana Bond Street and would like to thank Kiran and Dominic for their outstanding customer service. Kiran was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Although the store did not have the size I was looking for, she took the time to assist me and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. I would also like to recognise Dominic, who welcomed me with a warm smile and friendly manner. As the first person I met when entering the store, he immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Sometimes it is the small things that make a lasting impression, and his kindness certainly did. Both Kiran and Dominic are a credit to the Bond Street store. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one.
