  Had the worst customer service experience now. My friend and I wanted to see if the link on our bags could be replaced. The First Lady was helpful and explained the process. The Second Lady the ‘expert’ was called over and immediately it was horrible energy. Acting as if we stole the bags, I had to show her proof of purchase. We came over an hour’s train ride to selfridges. Like I just wanted to get out of Selfridges just based off her interaction. The energy was horrible from the moment she came over and was even whispering with other colleagues. I will be calling Dior tomorrow because nobody should ever be made to feel like that.

  Ray was so lovely and helpful! He made the experience great and I’m so happy with my earrings! In the spirit of candour, I’ve found the sales associates at this location to be rather rude/dismissive so this was a pleasant change indeed.

  I would like to thank Fran , an absolute gem . He was so patient with my requests at the store today. I spent around 30 mins & I even added an extra purchase all because he was so polite . I was with my baby. I had a good mommy & baby day out. Store atmosphere was good. The other lady with curly hair & security were very lovely aswell. Many thanks to miss Jeremy yesterday aswell.

  I want to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to Bella, Donata, and Floriana. 🤍 I came to Dior after having an absolutely terrible day, simply to check on the status of my order. I was upset, emotionally drained, and honestly just wanted to get things done and leave. Instead, these three incredible women completely changed the course of my day. They surrounded me with so much warmth and genuine care. They brought out the shoes, encouraged me to try them on, showered me with lovely compliments, and — most importantly — they noticed that I was sad. They took a genuine interest in how I was feeling and somehow managed to make me forget about everything that had been weighing on me. Yes, I understand that luxury comes with a high standard of service. But what I experienced that day went far beyond service. It was human. It was sincere. It was personal. They could have simply brought out my order, beautifully packaged it, and sent me on my way. And technically, that would have been perfectly good service. Instead, they brought out my order with care, warmth, kindness, and soul — and that is something you rarely encounter these days. Bella, Donata, and Floriana are true professionals, but more importantly, they are wonderful human beings. The way they treated me reminded me that sometimes the smallest gesture of genuine kindness can completely change someone’s day. I walked into Dior feeling miserable and walked out smiling. Thank you for giving me so much more than exceptional service. You gave me a moment of genuine human connection — and I will remember it. You are an absolute credit to Dior. 🤍
