  I was visiting London for my birthday, and from the moment I met the SA Deborah, she made me feel genuinely special. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions, understand my style and preferences, and guide me toward the perfect bag and charms choice. Her expertise, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience enjoyable. She even wrote me a beautiful birthday card with a sweet message, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made my trip even more memorable. She also introduced me to some jewelry pieces that I absolutely fell in love with. Luxury shopping is about more than the products, it's about the experience, and Deborah delivered an experience that exceeded all expectations. Thank you, Deborah, for making my birthday trip so special. I will always remember this visit and look forward to returning to this London Dior bond street store in the future.

  I visited Dior at the weekend to buy my daughter’s graduation shoes, and we had a wonderful experience. We were assisted by Frederica, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Although our original choice was not available, she was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable, and helped us find the perfect pair.
