He talked me through the whole buy sell and exchange procedure and showed me some wonderful pieces to add to my wardrobe. I will diffinately be returning to the store to sell a few items and buy lots of new lovely items I have my eyes on. 5* service for Abdul.

I purchased an item from Designer Exchange which has since been confirmed as not authentic by the actual retailer/brand. This is an extremely serious issue, especially when purchasing from a company whose business is selling designer items. I contacted Designer Exchange with my concerns and have now been chasing them repeatedly for several weeks. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I am still yet to receive a proper response or any meaningful attempt to resolve the situation. What is particularly unacceptable is that I have evidence from the original retailer confirming the item is not authentic, yet Designer Exchange has still failed to properly address my concerns. I expected a professional company to take a matter like this extremely seriously, investigate it promptly and communicate with me. Instead, I have been left chasing for weeks with no satisfactory response. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone purchasing designer goods from Designer Exchange carries out their own checks and keeps all documentation relating to authenticity and purchase. I hope Designer Exchange eventually responds and takes responsibility for resolving this matter.
