  Had a fantastic experience at DM Robinson in Canary Wharf. From the moment I walked in, I got such a warm welcome, and the showroom itself is lovely, really well presented and a pleasure to browse around. Big shout-out to Mel Ricks, whose product knowledge is exceptional and who gave me absolutely first-class customer service. She made the whole visit that much better with her attentiveness, friendliness, and knowledge. I recommend popping in if you're in the area. Thanks again for a brilliant experience!

  Left work early to drop by because the website said it closes at 5:30pm. It’s 4:30pm now and it’s closed… I know you encourage appointments but why bother listing on your website opening times when you close whenever you want?

  Visited DMR yesterday to enquire about a Rolex model. My partner ended up buying a lovely Tudor Royal in the process and we were both blown back by the level of customer service. Tom did a phenomenal job talking us through the different model and making us feel at home. Probably the best watch and jewelry establishment I've ever visited. Definitely buying all future timepieces from DMR in Canary Wharf.

  I recently shopped at David M Robinson and I was very pleased with my overall experience. The boutique is lovely and cosy and the service and communication was outstanding (special thanks to Asif!). Can highly recommend this boutique!
