  Terrible experience. Asked one question and the woman working there clearly couldn’t control her face. Have never had such a bad experience, the arrogance displayed was disgusting to see.

  I visited this store early in the afternoon and initially had a positive experience. A female staff member was friendly and helpful when I asked about the Medolly Mules in a size 39. She kindly asked me to wait and take a seat while another colleague assisted me. When the male staff member arrived, his name is Alejandro, I asked the same question. He responded with a very dismissive attitude and told me that the Medolly Mules were not available in any size above 37, including in other colours. I then asked whether any nearby stores might have my size. He directed me to the Mount Street boutique. When I asked how to get there, he coldly told me to "look it up." I then walked to the Mount Street location, only to be told that they did not have the shoes in my size either. However, the staff member there informed me that Selfridges did in fact have the Medolly Mules in black in a size 40. Imagine my surprise, given that I had been told there were no sizes above 37 available at all. As a result, I spent approximately 20 minutes walking back and forth unnecessarily. When I returned, the male staff member appeared visibly surprised to see me back. He then acted confused and asked what size I had originally requested. I reminded him that I had asked for a size 39 in the Medolly Mules and that he had told me there were no sizes above 37 available. He responded with silence, retrieved the shoes, and never offered any apology for the inconvenience or misinformation. I ultimately purchased the shoes, but this experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth. In all the years I have been a customer, this is the first time I have felt mistreated in this store. I have always had positive experiences previously, which makes this incident particularly disappointing. I am honestly considering returning the shoes because I do not feel this particular store deserves my hard-earned money after the way I was treated.

  Went into Christian Louboutin Selfridges on the 20th of may what a lovely experience Maura was so helpful I went in for wedding shoes left with 3 pairs of shoes and a bag Instead couldn’t find the right wedding shoes But Maura said she will have a look and get some shoes ordered in from different shops to hopefully find me the right pair she was super helpful couldn’t have asked for a better sales assistant x
