  Had an amazing experience here with the help of Maura! She led me to finding the most gorgeous and perfect pair of heels. She was so incredibly patient and extremely helpful.   It was my first time visiting Christian Louboutin in Selfridges and I had an amazing experience! All of the team were super friendly and welcoming, especially Maura who was attentive, professional, polite and really understood what I wanted and had exceeded my expectations! She gave me a lot of options and had amazing advice regarding the sizing and was very patient throughout! Thank you again Maura, it’s been a pleasure and can’t wait to shop here again!

  Came into store and was told to sit at the sofa by a lady while I wait for a free salesman to come over. After waiting some time, a lovely lady approached us and asked if we were being seen and then proceeded to help us - she was amazing. After some time, 2 other customers sat down on the sofa beside us and the lady who originally told us to sit, approached them and immediately said she will take them over to a different area so there’s less people (we were the only ones there). In front of us, she proceeded to tell the customers that they need to ensure they take all of their belongings and to make sure they are watching their belongings, while looking at us. Made us feel super uncomfortable and ended up going to Harrods instead.

  Always get the most amazing treatment and service when dealing with Davis. He gets my attention to details and knows what styles suit my shopping needs. He is super efficient

  Terrible experience. Asked one question and the woman working there clearly couldn’t control her face. Have never had such a bad experience, the arrogance displayed was disgusting to see.
