  I have consistently had wonderful experiences at the store. From the moment I enter, I am welcomed with warmth and professionalism, making each visit feel special. Azz truly excels at making my shopping experience both luxurious and enjoyable. He is incredibly attentive and always keeps me informed about the latest lines and styles. It seems like he has a sixth sense for knowing exactly what I’m looking for, and he consistently manages to find the shoes I want, even when they are hard to come by. I've known Azz for quite some time now, and our relationship has grown into more of a friendship. His genuine care and dedication to his customers make all the difference, and I always leave feeling valued and appreciated. Massive thanks to Azz and the entire team for continually making me feel welcomed and special. I can’t recommend this store enough for anyone looking for an exceptional shopping experience!

  Fantastic service every time I visit Christian Louboutin in Selfridges! The staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They create such a lovely atmosphere and really take the time to help. It always feels like a luxury experience - highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in, he was warm, down to earth, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect shoes for such a special occasion. Nothing felt rushed or forced he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us with real care and expertise. He made the whole experience feel memorable and effortless, and thanks to him, we found the most incredible shoes for our big day.   Laboutin Selfridges super helpful and warm staff made me feel like a friend 🧡 in both men's and women's Team is not only knowledgeable about the range but also attentive enough to when you mention fitting issues bringing different options i was served by a gorgeous girl Victoria and while trying shoes I got to speak with her supervisor Alejandro and we had some laughter honestly best experience ever!!!! I met the manager Rebecca as I was purchasing and of course as they say great staff is a reflection of a great manager! will most certainly recommend C.Laboutin Selfridges
