- NNNmk Nmk30Oct 3, 20265.0I had a wonderful experience with Youri at Christian Louboutin. He was extremely professional, friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Youri was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciated his attention to detail and positive attitude. Thank you, Youri, for making my experience so special. I would definitely recommend his service

- KMKaty MirAug 31, 20261.0I have been a customer for many years. I bought one of the sneakers a couple of years ago. I wear it only in summer (as it's white) and together with many other pairs of designer sneakers I have from other brands. After less than 30 times of wear the shoe started tearing apart. I have over 10 pair of sneakers from different brand and this has never happened before. The quality and design of the white sneaker with the stitches is awful. I would give it a zero star if I could. Worse than that is that I contacted the customer service to repair it. they simply said it's not repairable and they did not offer any help or any compensation for such awful experience and quality
