  Had a wonderful experience with Larry, they didn't have what my wife wanted in store, called the number on their google page and got a guy in Switzerland, he quite rudely told me they don't do click as I asked the shoes be delivered to store as it's more of an experience for my wife, the guy in Switzerland said it's not possible! So I asked him for the London store to contact me, which Larry did, we liaised via phone and whatsapp for two as a surprise for my wife, Larry arranged everything down to a tee including getting the shoes required and a glass of champagne on arrival, we couldn't have asked for better service from Larry. Next time the wife twists my arm for more shoes, Larry will be the guy. Larry even invited us to an event with Christian Louboutin himself tomorrow which my wife is utterly delighted with!

  I visited this store this afternoon and had one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a luxury retail store. I was greeted when I entered and asked for the Medolly Mules in a size 39. A blonde sales associate pointed me towards the shoe section and left me there. What happened next was unacceptable. I stood waiting for approximately 25 minutes without any assistance. During that time, multiple customers who arrived after me were attended to immediately while I was completely ignored. I was also the only person of colour in the area at the time. In luxury retail, it is standard for a sales associate to accompany customers, help them try on shoes, and provide assistance throughout the process. Instead, I was left standing there watching other customers receive the service that I should have received as well. The only reason I was eventually helped was because another sales associate noticed I had been left by myself and stepped in to assist me. Whether intentional or not, the treatment I received made me feel singled out and discriminated against. I left feeling that I was treated differently from other customers, and the fact that I was the only person of colour being ignored while others were helped immediately did not go unnoticed. I am sharing this because people of colour deserve to know the type of experience they may encounter here. Everyone who walks into a luxury store should be treated with the same respect, attention, and professionalism regardless of their race or background. I am genuinely appalled by the way I was treated and will seriously reconsider spending my money at this store in the future.

  Pretty disappointed with the experience here. First time buyer and I expected way more of a luxury experience. Between the 4 staff members it was like pulling teeth to try anything on. There were boxes everywhere, no where to sit comfortably, and felt rushed and dismissed through most of the process. But the shop is cute and I love my new shoes so not a total loss I guess. Definitely will be looking to other retailers in the future though.

  After reading some of the reviews I was worried to go to the store however I had a fantastic experience, the staff were all lovely especially Julia Lynch who helped me choose my first pair of Louboutins, she was very patient and helpful, I will certainly be back.
