  Massive thanks to Nathan. His costumer service was outstanding and thanks to his guidance I manage to get the right pair of heels I’m definitely going to use and feel comfortable to wear.

  Truly disappointed with the service I’ve received from this store! Being in Harrods and a Louboutin boutique, I expected so much more with the service and attitude of staff was abysmal. Andrea served me and he was rude and condescending throughout the whole process. There was a scuff on the pair of shoes I wanted, and I did not want to buy the particular pair. He made it seem like a real hassle to order some in, and I could see him mumbling to his manager about it. When I made a complaint with Harrods, Faye the manager of the store contacted me and said: ‘They are red carpet shoes’, as if it was obvious that they were going to be uncomfortable and cause pain! I am still bleeding from those shoes even though they are trainers ….

  ASHLEY is amazing! What a lovely, kind knowledgeable representative of Louboutins. Ashley took time to talk to us about different options avaliable, his expertise was legendary. I know these are expensive, but Ashley was not pushy, let us take our time, a real ambassador for his brand. Cannot thank Ashley @Louboutins Harrods enough for his help. Caron x
