One of the staff visibly could see I was seeking some help and just frowned back, showing no interest in assisting. Went to TM Lewin upstairs and purchased my shirt from them instead - the juxtaposition in hospitality and proactivity was immediately evident. Strongly considering whether I shall return to this specific store again.
