  First time visiting this store today and did not feel welcome - not impressed by the customer service. One of the staff visibly could see I was seeking some help and just frowned back, showing no interest in assisting. Went to TM Lewin upstairs and purchased my shirt from them instead - the juxtaposition in hospitality and proactivity was immediately evident. Strongly considering whether I shall return to this specific store again.

  I can't recommend the Charles Tyrwhitt store in Canary Wharf highly enough. From my very first phone call to visiting the store in person, the service has been genuinely outstanding. The team were incredibly friendly and welcoming over the phone, taking the time to answer my questions without ever making me feel rushed. That level of customer service continued in-store. Even when the shop was a little busy, I was given a true one-to-one experience. The staff made me feel like I was their priority, offering thoughtful advice, answering every question, and making the whole experience enjoyable. What really stood out was how helpful everyone was when it came to ordering items from the warehouse. Nothing seemed like too much trouble—they happily checked availability, explained the options, and went the extra mile to make sure I could get exactly what I was looking for. It's rare to find a team that's not only knowledgeable but also genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers. A special thank you and huge credit to the store manager and the entire Canary Wharf team. It's clear they've built a fantastic culture where exceptional customer service comes naturally. Everyone was approachable, professional, and friendly, and it made all the difference. And if you're reading this—you'll probably remember the guys who are obsessed with the linen polos!
