  Took my dad and brother suit shirt shopping today for my sister’s wedding. It’s the first shirts they’ve ever been fitted for, so we had a lot of questions about fit, which I’d think is normal for a suit shop. The sales assistant was helpful at first, but became visibly impatient. When my brother needed to try a longer sleeve length and there wasn’t a sample on the shop floor, rather than opening a new packet for him to try, she hesitated and asked if he was likely to buy the shirt. We were taken aback and she repeated the question a second time. This was especially uncomfortable given we were also translating for my dad, who doesn’t speak English. It left us wondering if she saw us as less serious customers because of it. We ended up leaving to look elsewhere. I won’t name the staff member, but if she reads this, I’d hope she reconsiders how she speaks to customers in future.

  Extremely friendly service! As first-time customers, we were so grateful to Andreia and Teja for their patience, professionalism, and helpful advice. They took the time to help my father with measurements, sizing, and comparing different options, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We’re absolutely delighted with our purchases, blazer, trousers and a few shirts, and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
