  The lady who served me and my two friends this Tuesday was simply incredible. I’ve ordered shirts from this branch before, but this was the first time I’d experienced such a cheerful and helpful service. My friends, for whom I was buying the shirts, were delighted, and she also helped me place an order online; I’m going to pick them up first thing this morning. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but I’m very grateful to her.

  I was here for blazer and trousers today. I have been using CT clothes for long and really like them. The service by Zain as well the store manager was excellent today. Zain helped me with colour recommendations on blazer/trousers pairing, and helping me find the appropriate customisation size for the blazer. He gave time, wasn’t distracted at all, and i ended up feeling really well taken care of. I had delivery preferences, and they went beyond what is normally required for them to do to make sure my needs were addressed. Really pleased.

  Absolutely amazing service from Anna. Amazing help, service, attention and time to help me find the perfect combinations. Her taste and eye for detail really impressed me. Super happy - will be returning. Great help from Colin as well

  I have always liked the quality of Charles Tyrwhitt shirts and clothing, which makes this review particularly disappointing to write. Unfortunately, the delivery service has repeatedly let the company down. My most recent order was delayed and only arrived after I had already travelled, despite paying for expedited shipping. While I am not seeking compensation, the experience was frustrating. More concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. On a previous order, my package was delivered to the wrong address approximately 10 miles from my home. I reported the issue at the time and was assured that it would be reviewed with the delivery provider. However, after experiencing another significant delivery problem, it appears that little has changed. The products themselves are excellent, but reliable delivery is an important part of the customer experience. Regrettably, after multiple delivery failures, I no longer have confidence in ordering from Charles Tyrwhitt and will be taking my business elsewhere. If Charles Tyrwhitt can address the performance of its delivery partners, I would gladly reconsider in the future.
