  Staff didn't really want to help and also not friendly. Had to try 3 different sizes on to find correct size - issue was that i had to fetch someone from staff after each i tried on (they could've just waited quickly). Not a single smile in general or a thank you when buying...

  Santana from the service team was the most helpful and friendly, and directly contributed to me making the purchase. Bought 4 shirts, overall great experience but don’t expect to be treated as everyone else as a brown person right off the bat in this store.

  I originally ordered two shirts online using the AI measurement recommendation, but they turned out to be quite oversized. After speaking with customer service, I visited my nearest store to get measured properly and process the return. Kate was absolutely fantastic from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, professional, and always smiling. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Thanks to her excellent service, I ended up buying three shirts in store and later ordered another two online. The quality of the shirts is top-notch, and a huge shout-out to Kate for turning my experience around. She's a real credit to the team!
