  I have been infrequently going to this particular Charles Tyrwhitt over the past 5 years. Today I visited as required a casual shirt for the following day and was helped by Rey in store. Consummate professional, friendly and made the experience swift and enjoyable. Would highly recommend this store, and Rey.

  Excellent service and products. Today I was assisted by a very helpful man, whose name I stupidly forgot to get, who helped me pick out two ties, one for myself and one as a gift. He was able to help discern my preferences, and what would be good for the recipient, and was very helpful and apologetic if a tie was out of stock or there was some other problem. 10/10, would shop again.
