  I usually dislike buying shirts as it’s time consuming, tedious and you end up bouncing around a load of shops. This experience was quite the opposite. I was in and out in 15 mins. I received first class customer service from Nenne who took my measurements, recommended shirt shape for my build and within 5 mins I had 2 shirts that fit like a glove. What’s more, as it was my birthday I got a pair of socks chucked in there for free. Touch of class, fantastic experience and I’ll be sure to revisit when I need a refresh. Thanks again!

  Nnenna was phenomenal. It was my first time buying a suit and she took her time to help me find the right size. A really great experience and would highly recommend her service!

  Never had any issues at any other branch but the some staff at this branch has a very unbothered attitude. First time went in, a member of staff was not being very helpful to the customer before us, and then when he came to serve us, he got our order wrong despite repeating the order multiple times - head was in the clouds. Today I went in to get the order corrected, but my order came with an extra item, to which a different staff member took it behind to the stock room for someone “to check on the issue”, after waiting for 10 minute, I asked a different member of staff how long it will take and he said “our other staff member is on lunch it will take as long as it takes”, I then asked the first staff member dealing with me whether I could just take my items and come back as I didn’t have a lot of time. He took down my number so that he can update me on the issue with the order and handed me the rest of my items. I have not been given a call back on this order.
