  Camilla at the Charles Tyrwhitt Ludgate Hill store gave us truly exceptional service. She spent real time helping my dad work out his correct measurements, and never once made us feel rushed or overlooked — even after finding out his size wasn't in stock there and that we'd likely end up purchasing online or at another branch. She stayed genuinely kind and helpful throughout anyway. That kind of service is rare these days and deserves recognition. Thank you, Camilla!

  Great experience, I pre booked a session to discuss wedding suits. Shout out to Adam who helped me through all of the steps involved got getting the right suit and the right fit. Very happy with the service and experience. Would recommend this company for all clothing, and this shop specifically even in the busy centre of London, the staff still have time to discuss specific things with the customers.
