  Styles were very nice, materials were amazing. Colors were a bit bland, and store was impeccably laid out to a point where it felt wrong to even touch the merchandise. But the honest issue that I had was service. Absolutely atrocious service, worst I’ve seen in any shop in London including other Charles Tyrwhitt locations. I was in the store for about 20 minutes during which time I saw maybe 10 to 15 employees, tried to catch their eye, and not a single one even acknowledged my existence; they’d look right at me and my husband and go right back to talking to each other. They didn’t even check my bags on entry or exit - just those of customers with darker skin tones who entered after me. Clearly they do not wish to have business at this location, and I don’t think anyone should give them any. There are more than enough alternatives in the area.

  Had the most horrendous experience purchasing a wedding suit with my fiance. The shop assistant seem uninterested in helping, huffing when we asked to try on the matching trousers, taking a very long time to respond, generally having an attitude of superiority, incredibly pushy to get us to buy in store and actually getting angry when we said no thank you - when I queried why he was being so rude he replied ‘Jesus’ and began laughing. We then went to the regent street store and had a brilliant experience where we purchased our suit, redeemed our day.

  I've been shopping at Charles Tyrwhitt on Jermyn Street for years, and one thing that has always stood out is the consistently excellent customer service. The quality of the shirts is outstanding, and the team are always professional, knowledgeable and polite. Most recently, I accompanied a dear friend who was looking for white work shirts and is extremely particular about fit, style and quality. Alessandro and Callie were exceptional throughout the entire experience. They were patient, attentive, and took the time to understand exactly what he was looking for, offering helpful advice without ever being pushy. It's refreshing to see such a high and consistent standard of service maintained over the years. A big thank you to Alessandro and Callie for making the experience so enjoyable. Well done to the whole team. Highly recommended.
