    Hamza was the one who greeted me in a professional and welcoming way. Gave me some good advice on some polos with this heat so thanks you. Great customer service from the rest of the staff

    I was disappointed with my experience at this Charles Tyrwhitt location. Several staff members appeared uninterested in helping customers. When I asked questions, I felt ignored and received very little assistance. There was a lack of customer service throughout the store, including near the fitting room area. Instead of feeling welcomed, it seemed like helping customers was not a priority. I understand everyone has busy days, but customers should still be acknowledged and treated with courtesy. Charles Tyrwhitt is known for quality clothing, and I hope management pays more attention to the customer service experience at this location and provides additional training where needed. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.

    I visited last Sunday and had a very disappointing experience. The store was severely understaffed, which resulted in long and frustrating delays throughout my visit. My partner and I waited 25 minutes just to collect my pre-ordered suit for a fitting, and then a further 30 minutes after trying it on before anyone was available to assist with alterations and sizing adjustments. It was particularly uncomfortable standing outside the fitting room in a three-piece suit, sweating while waiting for assistance. The few staff members present were clearly doing their best to cope with the situation. Ali was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional despite the obvious pressure he was under. He handled customers well and provided excellent service when he was able to assist me. However, the overall experience fell far below expectations. When paying a premium price, customers reasonably expect a premium level of service. The poor staffing levels and apparent lack of management oversight made for a frustrating and disappointing visit. The experience felt especially poor given the amount of money being spent.

    Absolutely appalling experience at the Jermyn store. I waited about 20-30 minutes just to try on a shirt, on a Monday afternoon, at closing time, with barely 10 people in the entire store. Why? Because apparently this company's policy is to have only ONE size available for customers to try on, meaning everyone has to queue up and wait for the same single item to come out of the fitting room before the next person can go in. To try and work around this absurdity, I asked if I could simply try the shirt on over my t-shirt on the shop floor, a perfectly reasonable request that would have taken 30 seconds and solved the whole problem. Denied. Not company policy, apparently. And here's the kicker: when the shirt finally became available, I tried it on over my t-shirt and I was done in literally 30 seconds. That's it. 30 seconds. Which makes the entire situation even more shocking, they refused to let me do exactly that to save everyone's time, yet had no problem making me and other customers stand around for almost half an hour. It wasn't about the rules. It was a powerplay, plain and simple. So let me get this straight: you can't try a second item on the floor, you can't ask the person in the fitting room how they're getting on, and you can't ask them to be mindful of others waiting — because the sales assistant needs to "protect the customer." The customer already inside, that is. The rest of us queuing for half an hour in a near-empty store on a Monday evening? Apparently not worth protecting. The level of disorganisation, and frankly the sheer rigidity of these policies (if real) is genuinely hard to comprehend. This wasn't a busy Saturday rush. The store was essentially empty. There is no excuse. I will not be returning. Ever. If this is how this company chooses to treat its customers, someone at the top needs a serious wake-up call. Do I enjoy writing reviews like this? Absolutely not. But I genuinely hope this reaches someone who can make a difference, because this level of service is truly poor and things need to change. Thanks God they have good competitors.

    Eman provided one of the best customer service experiences I have had. From the moment I arrived at Charles Tyrwhitt, she was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping me find the right suit. She carefully guided me through the measurements, fitting details, style recommendations, and alteration advice with exceptional patience and expertise. What stood out most was her attention to detail and the amount of care she put into making sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond throughout the entire experience, and her commitment to customer satisfaction truly deserves recognition from management. A fantastic experience overall, and a big reason for that was Eman’s outstanding service. Highly recommended.
