  Had a fantastic experience at Charles Tyrwhitt today. The assistant who helped me was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Even while assisting other customers, she immediately checked if I needed help and made the whole shopping experience effortless. She offered to bring fresh shirts from the stockroom once I’d chosen my colours and was quick, efficient, and very accommodating throughout. Excellent customer service that made the visit genuinely enjoyable. Thank you!

  I was completely ignored during my visit, despite waiting patiently for assistance. I sat on the mini sofa near the till point for quite some time, yet no one approached me to offer help. Eventually, I had to walk up to one of the team members myself to ask for assistance. Once I finally received attention, it felt as though I was being rushed in and out of the changing room. I understand I was dressed very casually, but it seemed he made assumptions based on my appearance and treated me as though I was wasting his time. When I decided to purchase all four shirts he brought out, some of them were unpacked, so I politely requested new ones. His response was, “This is all we have — take it or leave it,” which I found quite rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this was not the level of customer service I expected, and because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning.store again.

  Sharjeal was fantastic and went above and beyond to get my shirt ordered to the storeand sent to a tailor before I needed it. Really appreciate him and all the staff at Stratford who have been helpful every time I've gone.
