  Poor customer service from both the Assistant Manager and the sales assistant. When I asked for my shirt to be steamed, the sales lady made a face as if I was asking for a favour, even though this is common practice in the store. Later, when I asked the Assistant Manager for the other arriving pair to be steamed, she explained that the steam machine was broken. After collecting my shirts on Friday, I will never return to this store. The customer service and communication are absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend anybody to buy from this store.

  Had a fantastic experience at Charles Tyrwhitt today. Milena helped me a lot and provided an incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive experience. Excellent customer service that made the visit genuinely enjoyable. Thank you!

  Really disappointing - not up to the CT standards I have been accustomed to over ~10 years. I came looking for a suit, and the staff were too busy to provide any level of service/attention. They eventually took my measurements and proceeded to get my waist and leg length wrong. They also said my shirt size wasn't one they offered - after taking myself to another CT store, this statement was quickly proven false. I suggest you visit another nearby CT store or one of their competitors. The Stratford store is too busy.
