  I had to write a review because Karim, the manager, provided exceptional customer service. We had been into the store five separate times over a single white shirt because the tapering kept coming back incorrectly. It was becoming incredibly frustrating, but as soon as Karim got involved, everything changed. He was professional, patient, genuinely understanding, and took ownership of the issue straight away. Within just one day, he had everything sorted, ensuring the shirt was tailored correctly and ready in time for when we needed it. It's rare to come across someone who cares so much about making sure a customer leaves happy.

  Had a brilliant experience with Fatima and Rehan. They were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Nothing felt rushed and they really took the time to make sure we were happy with everything. You can tell they genuinely care about giving customers a good experience, which made a real difference. A real credit to Charles Tyrwhitt.

  Gentleman sales assistant wasn’t so nice and helpful overall the shop is good but didn’t have a good experience with this sales assistant
