  Excellent service from James, it’s so refreshing when you go into a store and someone knows what they’re doing makes life so much easier, walked in for a shirt he sized me up gave me a few different shirts to try explained about the difference between them great knowledge and customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Excellent service from James at Charles Tyrwhitt, Westfield London! I recently visited the Charles Tyrwhitt store at Westfield London and had the pleasure of being assisted by James, who was absolutely fantastic. James was incredibly friendly, polite and approachable, and went out of his way to help me. I needed some specific measurements, and he was more than happy to assist, taking the time to make sure I had everything I needed. What really stood out was how genuinely helpful and accommodating James was. He made the whole experience incredibly easy and straightforward, and I really appreciated the time and effort he put into helping me. James is a real credit to Charles Tyrwhitt and an excellent example of what great customer service should look like. Thank you, James, for all your help — it was very much appreciated. I would happily recommend the Charles Tyrwhitt team at Westfield London and will definitely return in the future.

  Extremely poor experience from this Charles Tyrwhitt during my visit on 08/08 at around 7pm. Following a visit to a different branch earlier in the week where I also experienced poor service, somehow this was worse. I had noted that some of the shirts were of a smaller size than what I tried on in the store, and wanted to pop in to a different branch after visiting a different suit store to ask if they needed wearing in. Again upon entry no greeting or even acknowledgement, and when I asked the question to the young man behind the counter at the time he just stared at me for a second, almost confused as to why I was asking him a question, like he didn’t work there. He proceeded to give me a very brief, unhelpful response, and I then saw him spend the rest of his time in the store just chatting to one of his colleagues, far away from a decent number of customers in the store walking around clearly in need of some guidance. I left no better than I came in, just further putting me off visiting Charles Tyrwhitt for good service in the future. Twice in one week I experienced poor service from employees seemingly young, in their 20s, and I recommend CT spends some more time either in hiring, training, or having a supervising manager guiding them on proper customer service.
