  Lots of staff in store, standing around and chatting. Initially a nice welcome but the level of knowledge, attention to detail and willingness to find a solution was severely lacking. This is supposed to be the flagship store so I was looking forward to coming. I have only shooed in New York and online before. The experience was totally underwhelming and I got more help from my A.I. Assistant than your staff. If I didn’t love your shirts, I would have worked out. I don’t love your brand anymore and won’t be loyal if I find a similar product elsewhere. Now I will be actively looking.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Charles Tyrwhitt. I visited the store and purchased four shirts after being assured they would be delivered within one or two days. However, I later received an email informing me that only two shirts would arrive within a few days, while the remaining shirts would not be available for almost two months. When I returned to the store to ask about my order, the customer service was unacceptable. The staff member was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I was made to wait approximately 35 minutes while he claimed he was busy, despite not serving any customers and simply organising the store. The lack of communication regarding stock availability and the poor customer service made the entire experience very frustrating. I felt misled about the delivery times and treated poorly when seeking assistance. I will not be returning to this store and would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this location.
