- PGPaul GomezDec 15, 20251.0Rude staff was in Sunday browsing for Christmas when approached by a tall gentleman who shouted in front of other shoppers at me to move away from the display do rude and embarrassing, he told me if I wanted help to register. Quite honestly as a platinum loyal Harrods shopper was mortified to be treated like this with a premium brand , I’m also a regular Chanel customer but won’t rush back here have been served many times by Paul and Sophia with no trouble and were great.
