  As a long-standing CHANEL customer, I was disappointed by my recent after-sales experience. While some members of staff were courteous, my overall experience was far from the level of service I expected from CHANEL. I received inconsistent information throughout the process and was asked to provide different documents and photographs over multiple exchanges, only to be told that my bag could not be restored because it had previously been treated by a third party. What disappointed me most was the way the appointment was handled. The manager’s attitude came across as dismissive and lacking empathy, leaving me feeling more like a problem than a valued customer. A luxury brand is defined not only by its products, but also by how customers are treated, especially when the outcome is not the one they hoped for. I fully understand that not every item is eligible for restoration. My disappointment is not with the final decision itself, but with the lack of clear, consistent communication and the way the situation was handled. I expected a much more professional and customer-focused after-sales experience from CHANEL.

  I recently visited the Chanel atelier and had an excellent experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional, making me feel truly valued throughout my visit. I was especially impressed by the outstanding level of service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend their facilities to anyone seeking a premium experience.

  I had a repair service done on the strap of my bag which had become unstitched and received exceptional service from Antonios. His professionalism, patience, knowledge, and outstanding customer care made the whole experience seamless. I had total reassurance that my bag was handled with the utmost care. I was extremely happy with the high-quality repair, the beautifully presented repackaging when it was returned to me, and the impressively quick turnaround. Antonios is a true credit to the team and a perfect example of excellent customer service. Highly recommend their services.

  I had a disappointing experience at this Chanel & Moi Les Ateliers in London when picking up my Chanel handbag. I understand that staffing shortages can cause delays, but what bothered me was that a male staff member completely overlooked me who was the first in the queue and served a couple who arrived about 10 minutes later. I mean human error happens, so I actually wouldn’t concern much with that. After waiting patiently for him to finish, I pointed out that it should be a “first come, first served” system. Instead of an apology, I received indifference— he kept defending his narrative in a passive aggressive manner saying I was the later arrived one and when I politely asked for his name, he refused to provide it, claiming I’d get an email receipt that never arrived. That’s making this case so frustrating. On the bright side, Marjorie was fantastic as always; she proactively checked me in during her intervals and showed genuine hospitality. I really hope management addresses these inconsistencies in service.
