  For someone that has multiple Chanel bags, I was so surprised to experience racism at the Harrods ground floor Chanel store. Particularly from this bigger looking lady that shows customers accessories. She literally tried to tell the lady I was behind to watch her bags because I was black? I’ve never experienced racism ever! So this is so heartbreaking for me. Chanel will not be seeing anymore of my money.

  I wish I had double-checked the name of the wonderful gentleman who assisted me at the Harrods fifth-floor Chanel customer service desk. I believe his name is Miroslav.He helped me for the first time in July and for a second time today, September 7th (wearing a white shirt, desk on the right side) Both times, he was exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful.Having shopped at Chanel across various countries over the years, I can confidently say he is one of the finest brand representatives I have ever met. Thank you, Miroslav, for making both visits so memorable.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Chanel Harrods today. I asked about the new 26 Small bag that is already featured on Chanel’s official website. Instead of checking the system, one sales associate told me to ask someone else. Two other associates then responded in a dismissive and almost mocking manner, saying they had never heard of the bag and that it had not been released. When I showed them the official Chanel website, they realized the bag did exist. Instead of apologizing or assisting me, one associate simply walked away. When I questioned whether this was the level of service Chanel expects, the conversation became confrontational rather than professional. Some sales associates seem to forget they represent the brand, not own it. Confidence is part of luxury service, but arrogance without professionalism is not. The associate involved identified himself as “Su.” I hope Chanel takes this feedback seriously, because customers deserve respect.
