The staff here need a serious reality check.
you are selling luxury goods; you are NOT the luxury itself. I was appalled by the condescending attitude of the employees, who seemed more interested in judging customers than assisting them.
Just because you wear a uniform with a luxury logo doesn't mean your social status has been elevated to that of the brand. Remember that once you take off that uniform, you are just an ordinary person like anyone else. That sense of elitism you hide behind is, quite frankly, pathetic and cheapens the entire brand experience.

had an incredibly disgusting experience because of an elderly white female clerk. I went in to buy a red wallet and clearly asked for 'red,' but she ignored it and started pointing at every other color, asking 'This one? This one? This one?' like she was mocking me. When I finally snapped and asked, 'Don't you know what red is?' she condescendingly went, 'Oh, the Rrrrrred one.' That is blatant racism. If she’s too old to hear, she should quit; otherwise, she needs to stop her disgusting racist behavior. I saw an Asian employee giving her advice—I wonder if she treats her own colleague with that same level of disrespect.

I’ve visited most of the Chanel stores around London, and this one on Walton Street was by far the best experience. Bond Street is usually very busy, and at Selfridges I had to queue for quite a while. The service there also felt a bit rushed, and when I asked about stock, I was told the item I wanted was the last one in London (on Saturday). However, when I visited other Chanel stores the next day (Sunday), every single one had it available, which was quite surprising.
The SAs at Harrods were very kind, but the store can feel crowded since people walk through the space. The Sloane St store was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. This Walton Street boutique really stood out. It was the first place where I was offered water, and the team were genuinely warm, easy to talk to, and not pushy at all.
The store had a great selection, and I left with the bag I wanted in perfect condition. I also saw a few other pieces I’m interested in, so I will definitely be returning. Sadly, I forgot to ask for my SA’s name, but she and the rest of the team were absolutely lovely.

I had 2 broken legs and had gone to the store for help with a very delicate and expensive Chanel chiffon and ostrich feather brooch. Not only did the staff not approach me to help (and I wasn't dressed like a beggar but in a gold Chanel jacket, chincilla fur and a croc Hermes kelly) but I was left limping and standing there like a leper while the staff averted their eyes and after a lot of waiting, was told they cannot help me. And when I asked them if they could kindly give me a bag for my gold Chanel jacket since I was carrying a bunch of small bags from Cartier etc, they told me they cannot provide anything and finally, when I told them I don't care if it's a GARBAGE BAG, I have 2 crutches and hands full with an extra jacket and small bags. I just need to be able to safely get home without tripping over myself. They gave me a black garbage like bag, so thank you. I really think Chanel should provide training to their staff about how to treat people who have disabilities as we are not lepers, poor or disenfranchised, just because we are less able physically. The shop's insensitivity towards me was apalling. I got a very rude French man who upon telling me he couldn't help me, continued working on his cashier terminal and just ignored me. SHAME ON YOU!
