  Caroline Sefer provided an exceptional experience! She was incredibly attentive, helpful, and made the entire shopping visit so special. Her product knowledge and warm approach made all the difference. I’d highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

  Appalling customer service and blatant profiling at the Sloane Street boutique. I have shopped at Chanel boutiques all over the world - Paris, Southern France, Italy, Austria, Hong Kong, and Japan, even other UK boutique or Harrods —and absolutely none of those global locations have ever treated clients this poorly. When we walked into the London Sloane Street store, staff simply glanced at us and continued their own tasks; no one was willing to assist. We felt like invisible museum visitors, left to look at pieces entirely on our own. When I tried to approach an advisor, she completely ignored us to greet the customer right behind us in an entirely different, welcoming tone. It felt like the staff actively scan and profile customers based on ethnicity, giving clear privilege to specific demographics while disregarding others. After walking through two floors without a single person offering help, I returned to the ground floor to proactively inquire about the new collection. I asked if all the bags were displayed, only to be met with a cold, dismissive "yes." The advisor didn't bother to ask what I was looking for or offer to check the stock. She immediately turned her back mid-conversation to carry on socializing and chatting with her COLLEAGUES. It is utterly ridiculous that Chanel expects clients to pay premium luxury prices only to face arrogance and racial profiling. A shameful breach of basic hospitality standards for a legacy luxury house. Highly disappointing experience.
