  This was my first time and experience of dealing with Chanel as I wanted to buy a present for my girlfriend as we are expecting our first child together. I initially popped in with her friend to take a look around as I had no idea of what bag she wanted. I came from work and looked a bit of a mess and expected a few raised brows but alas I was welcomed by the team and sat down and offered a coffee whilst we were browsing. The team were super patient and helpful the entire time we were there, sadly the bag we wanted was out of stock on the day BUT a sales assistant called Borna Masic came to the rescue. He gave me his whatapp and told me he would let me know when the bag was back in stock, I didn't think I would hear from him but I was wrong... ! 2 weeks later the message came that they had the bag, not only that what came next was unbelievable.. He laid on the most incredible experience for my girlfriend and I by allowing us a private room to browse other pieces whilst sipping on Champagne and enjoying beautiful nibbles. There was absolutely no rush we were able to relax and enjoy the whole experience. We left with the bag and had the most amazing customer service from Borna I honestly cannot thank him enough, as a first time customer with no previous spend I assumed I would be down on the pecking order but I was wrong. Borna went above and beyond in his role and delivered exceptional memorable customer service which marked a very special occasion. Well done Borna and the Team.

  I love this Chanel store, it has a lot of pieces that other branches usually don’t have. Unfortunately, the service hasn’t been as expected from Chanel, and this is based on multiple visits, not just one incident.

  The lady who serves in perfume section the older one “ I assume! Sorry ) anyway she needs to get so tranning in customer service and how to be helpful and kind for customers. Because I felt I am asking her for something from her bucket actually!

  Where to begin? I could not have hoped for a better all round experience than at Chanel, New Bond Street. From making an initial phone call to the company to receiving a call back so promptly from a lady called Nickie, the journey started as it meant to go on. Speaking with Nickie on the call immediately set me at ease when explaining just how special Chanel was to our family. Nickie not only understood the importance of Chanel within our little family, she positively endorsed the meaning behind the celebration and helped us make the dream a reality for my Mum. The first appointment and attention that followed was nothing short of special- and although we knew that we were not everyday customers, we were never made to feel anything other than truly at home because of Nickie’s relaxed style and razor sharp knowledge. It was all so impressive and we were made to feel like time stood still for our special day. The dress was amended expertly as part of the service at no extra expense to ensure absolute fit was achieved -and that Mum would feel comfortable in wearing her life long dream, a Chanel LBD, at 70! She’d kill me for revealing that. 🖤🤍
