  Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service. We were the second customers in the store, yet we waited 25 minutes just for someone to ask what we needed and get our shoe size. Meanwhile, staff kept helping people who came in after us. Even when the store became completely empty, no one came to help until we approached them ourselves. We were then told our names would be put on a “list,” even though there was clearly no waiting list, while customers who arrived after us were helped immediately. Very poor service, extremely disrespectful, and definitely not the level of service you would expect from Chanel.

  The experience at this store was really great. Alex was very professional, kind and welcoming. I greatly appreciate the level of customer service and patience from both Alex and Amelie. I look forward to visiting this store again!

  I was not impressed. I only wanted to buy a scarf and l daresay that was the problem. Not worth their while and that is how l was made to feel.. Waiting on some; any service. I was largely ignored. Very disappointing.

  I had the most incredible experience in this store. I went in on a Sunday and was helped by SA Amelie who was amazing - would recommend her to anyone. She listened to what I was looking for and brought out suggestions. One of the bags I was looking for wasn’t in stock and she recommended me coming back during the week as they get deliveries every day. A couple of weeks later she let me know that the bag was in stock and I could come in. I felt so looked after and special and even when I was in a quandary about which to buy she was so patient and kind and caring and couldn’t have made the experience better! Thank you Amelie!

  Terrible. I was served by one of the SA who I asked for a specific bag to which he said was out of stock. He then proceeded to show me the bag in another size, which I rejected and then he said he was going to take it to the back to put it away. He was gone for at least 20-25 mins and I had to get another SA to look for him. He then appeared and said ‘sorry I was asked to do something downstairs and then it went on’. How do you just forget your customer like that? Not only that, when he was gone I saw the exact bag that I was asking for presented to another customer who came in after me. I told him what I saw and then he proceeded to say yes there is one but it is with another client, and the client will be purchasing the bag. Extremely disappointing experience considering the price point of all the items in store.
