  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – A Truly Wonderful CHANEL Experience I have visited several CHANEL boutiques over the years, including Paris, Monaco and Saint-Tropez, but I must say that yesterday’s experience was genuinely one of the most memorable. I would particularly like to recognise Andrea, who was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. What impressed me most was his ability to strike that perfect balance between professionalism, warmth and genuine friendliness. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and helpful, yet never pushy or overly familiar. His approach was effortless, elegant and sincere — exactly what I believe a luxury shopping experience should feel like. The shoes I originally wanted were unfortunately unavailable in my size, but Andrea went above and beyond to help. He patiently brought out alternative styles at my request, helped me explore different options and even checked availability at other CHANEL boutiques. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. I eventually fell in love with another beautiful pair, and I genuinely believe Andrea made the entire experience even more special. What also stood out was the wonderful atmosphere within the boutique. The interaction between the team members was lovely to witness, and everyone seemed genuinely happy, welcoming and engaged. We were offered champagne and made to feel completely at ease throughout our visit. Andrea is a wonderful example of what exceptional luxury service should be: refined, knowledgeable, discreet, personable and genuinely attentive. It is rare to encounter someone who makes you feel so welcome without ever making the experience feel forced or transactional. I left not only delighted with my purchase but genuinely impressed by the people who made the experience so memorable. A huge thank you to Andrea and the entire team. This is CHANEL hospitality at its very best, and I will certainly look forward to returning.

  Lovely experience! Imane was the sweetest sa, she was so helpful and friendly in helping find the right bag for my store credit. She paid so much attention to my preferences and showed me many options even ones I hadn’t thought of.

  La mia esperienza presso il negozio Chanel di Londra è stata purtroppo molto diversa da quella che ho avuto in passato nei negozi Chanel di Milano, dove ho già effettuato diversi acquisti. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti dal personale all’ingresso e, successivamente, una signora del negozio ci ha posto alcune domande e ha preso il nostro numero di telefono, spiegandoci che saremmo stati contattati a breve. Dopo aver atteso diverso tempo, siamo stati ricontattati e ci è stato detto che potevamo andare a fare un giro e che saremmo stati avvisati tramite messaggio quando ci fosse stata disponibilità di personale per fornirci assistenza. Durante l’attesa non abbiamo percepito particolare attenzione nei nostri confronti né un’accoglienza che ci aspettavamo da un marchio di questo livello. Abbiamo anche chiesto se fosse possibile avere un bicchiere d’acqua, ma la nostra richiesta non è stata accolta. Non ci è stato offerto alcun tipo di attenzione o servizio durante l’attesa. Tengo a precisare che questa recensione riflette esclusivamente la nostra esperienza personale in quella occasione. Il modo in cui siamo stati accolti e gestiti ci ha lasciato una sensazione di scarsa attenzione al cliente e di poca cura dell’esperienza complessiva. Per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di non effettuare acquisti in questo punto vendita. Confrontando questa esperienza con quelle precedenti avute a Milano, la differenza nell’accoglienza e nell’attenzione percepita è stata significativa.

  I had such a lovely experience with Imane at Chanel today. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole experience enjoyable!
