  This is by far the worst high end designer brand I have come across. Spent a small fortune here and the quality is abismmal. They can't even make a necklace with metal hanging by a thread. Would never waste my money here again and never give refunds this is a total waste of a brand and space. Never again.

  The two sales assistants that worked on Wednesday afternoon were rude and were making passing jokes to each other via texts while I was asking for assistance with which perfume to get. Firstly, the female sales assistant just pointed with her finger where the perfumes are before I could finish my question. When I asked if she could assist, rolled her eyes and her gay male colleague rolled his eyes too. While I was asking about the scents of the perfume, she was texting him and smiling. Another buyer was present and he decided to interact with his colleague, instead of assisting. Are they aware they are only sales assistants. Bad look for the brand.

  My visit there was nothing short of a disaster: the sales assistant, when asked about an item, vanished for an absurd 20 minutes, only to return with a bag with a scratched clasp, claiming it was the last example. The unspoken message was clear: take it or leave it. She offered me some water, which I accepted, but her entire attitude screamed detached indifference. Naturally, I decided not to waste my money there and headed to the boutique in Bond Street, where I was treated with the respect and courtesy one would expect. But that’s another tale. Dear Celine, a paying customer is a paying customer, regardless of whether I’m purchasing a scrunchie or the most expensive leather coat. My point is simple: I adore Celine, but I was absolutely appalled by your employee at Selfridges. Even one star feels generous for the service I endured there.

  I had a fantastic experience at CELINE LONDON SELFRIDGES READY TO WEAR. The store offers a beautifully curated collection of luxury ready-to-wear pieces in a stylish and elegant environment. The staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. They provided helpful styling advice and made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable without any pressure. Everything from the product quality to the customer service was top-class. A perfect destination for anyone looking for premium fashion and a truly luxury shopping experience in London!

  Really awesome shopping experience - Mandy was so patient and friendly… She showed us all the options we asked to see and more… It was so much fun to shop at Celine with her… Will definitely return to this Celine location in the future :) Xx
