  Customer service was good, but the person managing the front door is TERRIBLE. Keep refusing me to enter the shop when I’m there for an online purchase collection, how rude!! Just make me stand infront of the shop and wait while him just staring from another side of the door. 0 customer service or even basic manners, told him I just want to wait inside bc of the cold weather only he opens the door. Ruined the shopping experience despite just a collection 👎🏻👎🏻

  Bought sample perfume set online as suggested in store, but now cannot receive redemption code against purchases of full size perfume bottles. Online help is unresponsive and store says cannot help now as its a ‘different company’ ?
