  I visited the Canada Goose store on Regent Street for the first time today to invest in a piece, and Mariana made my experience exceptional. She was incredibly warm, professional, and smart. Her input was immensely helpful, and she made me feel truly taken care of from start to finish. I am so glad Mariana provided my very first impression of the brand, she is an absolute asset to the team. I wish her all the best!

  Had an absolutely fantastic shopping experience at the Canada Goose London flagship store! The store is beautifully designed, with a welcoming atmosphere and an impressive selection of products. We visited specifically to find a suitable jacket for my upcoming Northern Lights expedition, and I eventually purchased the Langford jacket. A very special mention goes to Muzzy, who provided truly exceptional customer service! From the moment he attended to us, he was incredibly warm, personable, patient and professional. His product knowledge was outstanding, and he took the time to walk us through the different options, explain their features and help me make an informed decision. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. What really set Muzzy apart was his genuine enthusiasm, attention to detail and sincere commitment to ensuring we had the best possible shopping experience. He made us feel genuinely valued as customers, and his friendly, thoughtful approach turned what could have been an ordinary shopping trip into something truly memorable. Muzzy is an absolute credit to Canada Goose and a wonderful ambassador for the brand. His exceptional service exemplifies what a luxury retail experience should be, and I sincerely hope his efforts receive the recognition they deserve. I’m delighted with my Langford jacket and can’t wait to put it to good use on my Northern Lights expedition! Thank you once again, Muzzy, for making our visit so enjoyable.   One of the best shopping experiences I've had! The Asian staff member who helped me was so helpful and knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Sorry I didn't catch her name, but I really appreciate her help!

  Muzzy was very helpful when it came to picking out a jacket for this winter season, I’ve just purchased it and the service was 10/10 will definitely be coming back

  We had great time in this premium shop of one of our favourite apparel brands. Mr. Daniel was so informative and attentive to me and my son, kind and very acknowledged about everything we have asked for. What can you ask more - great shop, big choice of models and sizes, great salesman? Highly recommended
