  Most amazing experience !! I was offered water . Cold water ! and a glass. In this extreme U.K. summer heat. Treated like the queen . The Turkish man who helped me couldn’t have been more helpful , me and names , I’m the worst ! 🙈🤷‍♀️And the ex Zimbabwean who works there , lovely too . It’s definitely the top Canada goose store with the biggest variety and best service I’ve ever had . I’ll be back. ! I just need a bathroom in the shop . Maybe next time I visit they will have a customers only bathroom ! I’ll be back ! For sure ! 👍

  Very disappointing aftercare service, I was asked to pay £90 for a cleaning service before they can fix the loose stitches, even though I have cleaned the garment before sending it. Would give zero stars if I could.

  Had an appointment booked, but was in the area so arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. Staff were really good and offered a drinks when arrived. Purchase was smooth. Explained loads and helped with sizing and I got to try on some additional items to help with sizing. Note the main site says the Regent St store is open at 10. It is not as the assistant manager stated it was 11am on weekdays. Support Canadian products!

  I have visited and shopped here many times, and the experience has been amazing every single time. The staff are genuinely warm and sincere, and you can clearly see that they have a strong connection and communication not only with customers but also among themselves. I would definitely recommend checking this store out.

  Today we visited this branch and thanks to Bogna a team members who provided excellent service during our visit. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out, and it made the whole experience much more enjoyable. She’s extremely kind take and genuinely care about customers . Keep up the amazing work ! Have a lovely day !
