  Extremely disappointing customer service. There appears to be no customer support available when you actually need help. I have an order worth approximately £150, and I have been trying to contact both Very and Calzedonia for more than 24 hours. Nobody has responded or provided any meaningful assistance. The only status I continue to receive is that I am “waiting”. The order is showing as delivered to the Stratford Westfield store, so I travelled there specifically to collect it, only to find the store closed. I am leaving the country in a couple of days and purchased these items specifically for my holiday. For an order of this value, I find it unacceptable that after more than 24 hours I still cannot get through to anyone who can tell me where my products are or provide a practical solution. There is no clear point of contact, no meaningful update and no indication of how long I am expected to wait. I have spent additional time making an unnecessary journey and repeatedly trying to contact customer service, yet I am still left without my £150 order and without an answer. Leaving a customer in a permanent “waiting” status for more than 24 hours is not customer support.

  I recently had a very disappointing experience with Calzedonia. My order was marked as delivered and available for collection at Stratford Westfield, so I travelled there specifically to collect it, only to arrive and find the store closed. I am leaving the country in a couple of days and purchased these items specifically for my holiday. I have now been trying for more than 24 hours to get in contact with someone from Calzedonia, without receiving the support or resolution I need. What should have been a straightforward collection has resulted in a wasted journey, a significant amount of my time spent trying to get assistance, and unnecessary stress just before travelling. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication. If an order is marked as delivered and ready for collection, customers should reasonably be able to rely on that information — or at the very least be informed if the store is closed and provided with an alternative. Very disappointing customer experience, particularly when the issue is time-sensitive and it is so difficult to reach someone who can actually help resolve it.

  Super helpful guy helped me find the right bikini. Not had such great customer service for ages, highly recommend. The bikinis are great too.

  The worst customer service experience. I bought a bottom bikini and wanted to return. They told that I have to go to the brunch that was purchased. . When in website it’s clearly saying that you can return in any brunch !

He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and helped me find styles that suited me perfectly. 😊 His customer service was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout!
