  Shocking misconduct, incompetence, and FALSE ACCUSATION OF THEFT at Calzedonia Oxford Circus. During my recent visit, staff displayed severe unprofessionalism—cashiers didn't know basic return policies, were constantly distracted on personal phones, and made up non-existent rules. Most disturbingly, a staff member publicly screamed across the entire store from the lower level, falsely accusing me of stealing an item I had actually brought in myself (and had pre-notified staff about). My 11-year-old child heard the screaming over the phone and was deeply traumatized. No apology was offered when proven wrong. Staff wore no name badges and sneered at customers

  Shop supervisor was not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive. Clearly they lost my order and no one wants to take the responsibility or find a solution. Someone on the phone initially confirmed they had my order, i go to the shop yet im told my order is not there. I go home empty handed. Three business days later customer service confirmed my online order has been delivered to the store, but the store says they dont have my order and tell me they have to go back to serving customers leaving me hanging on the phone.

  Terrible customer service, rude staff in particular one lady working mostly in the fitting room with long hair with bangs and highlights ontop of having a very bad attitude - there is a chair there for waiting and was told I wasn’t allowed to sit there with a very bad attitude facial remarks it’s very clear it’s for sitting with a cofeee machine next to it I felt very profiled singled out

  Gift cards are a scam , you can only use it for the exact amount or less . So you have a 50£ and can’t buy something of 52£ and pay the difference

  I bought a swimsuit and was in a rush but Stacey was so helpful and so quick with it I am really grateful. Also another girl with a white top and long black hair in a ponytail helped me earlier in the day and was also helpful! Also the material for the swimsuit is very soft ( the animal print)
