  Very rude and condescending staff today because they are not accommodating, nice or approachable at all and I will not be returning to the Oxford Circus Calzedonia store.

  Shocking Customer Service at Calzedonia The customer service I received from a member of staff called “Betty G” (the name shown on my receipt) was among the worst I have ever experienced. The lovely Honoka made an honest mistake, and I needed a refund. It was clear that she wasn’t authorised to process it herself, so we went upstairs, where Betty G took over. Throughout the interaction, she repeatedly referred to the refund as a “return”, which was confusing and did not inspire confidence in the way the situation was being handled. However, the terminology was the least of my concerns. What really made this experience so disappointing was the complete lack of warmth, friendliness or basic customer service. Not a smile, not a welcoming attitude, and no genuine effort to make the situation pleasant or reassuring. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What matters is how a business handles them and how customers are treated in the process. Unfortunately, Betty G’s attitude turned what should have been a straightforward refund into a thoroughly unpleasant experience. I have visited several Calzedonia stores in London, and this was by far my most disappointing experience. If a customer-facing role is not suited to someone, perhaps a position with less direct customer interaction would be more appropriate. A special thank you to Honoka, who was lovely throughout and handled her mistake with kindness. It is a shame that her colleague completely overshadowed the positive impression she had made. Calzedonia, customer service matters just as much as the products you sell. Thank you.

  The shop itself is so pretty but i don’t get it why the all autumn season’s things (such as leggings and tights) are under the stairs and at the end of the store ! It feels like it is hidden! The store manager or sales manager has to visit and check, relocate the bikinis & leggings! We are in September! Not July 😂

  Shocking misconduct, incompetence, and FALSE ACCUSATION OF THEFT at Calzedonia Oxford Circus. During my recent visit, staff displayed severe unprofessionalism—cashiers didn't know basic return policies, were constantly distracted on personal phones, and made up non-existent rules. Most disturbingly, a staff member publicly screamed across the entire store from the lower level, falsely accusing me of stealing an item I had actually brought in myself (and had pre-notified staff about). My 11-year-old child heard the screaming over the phone and was deeply traumatized. No apology was offered when proven wrong. Staff wore no name badges and sneered at customers
