  Disappointing experience at the Calvin Klein St Pancras store. I made a £144 purchase during Members Week and, as a Calvin Klein member, specifically asked the sales associate before paying whether the Members Week discount applied to the items I was purchasing. I was explicitly told that it did not, so I paid full price. After leaving the store, I checked Calvin Klein’s website and found that items I had purchased were displayed as part of the Members Week promotion, including the exact Icon Cotton Chambray pyjama shirt I bought. I understand that promotions can have specific terms and that online and in-store eligibility may sometimes differ, but I specifically asked for clarification before making the purchase. I would have appreciated accurate information at the point of sale.

  Amazing staff, very helpful. I bought some underwear. But the shop owner don’t care about their employees as the AC was not working well and it was SO HOT in the store!! It’s not a human way to treat their employees to leave them in extreme heat weather while they are working all day. Treat your employees better!

  Rafael was the most amazing help at this store!!!! I forgot my swimwear and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me find my size. I’m a bigger girl and need an XL and he was looking at every option and even offer to send someone to another store to get what I needed and would call me that day so I have it! Unreal customer service. Thank you

  Absolutely disgraceful experience. I spent around £300 at the Calvin Klein store, expecting quality and professionalism. Instead, I was sold one package of underwear that was clearly opened and dirty — with an obvious stain on one of the items (see photos). When I contacted customer service, they washed their hands of it, claiming they don’t deal with physical stores. I then called the Pancras store and was told that “maybe the manager can help, if he’s even around.” No accountability. No apology. No offer to resolve the situation — unless I physically go all the way back, waste 2 hours of my day, and hope someone even bothers to care. This is unacceptable for any brand — let alone one that dares call itself premium. Disgusted. Shame on Calvin Klein.
