But the shop owner don’t care about their employees as the AC was not working well and it was SO HOT in the store!! It’s not a human way to treat their employees to leave them in extreme heat weather while they are working all day. Treat your employees better!
- TSTal SrugoMar 22, 20251.0Absolutely disgraceful experience. I spent around £300 at the Calvin Klein store, expecting quality and professionalism. Instead, I was sold one package of underwear that was clearly opened and dirty — with an obvious stain on one of the items (see photos). When I contacted customer service, they washed their hands of it, claiming they don’t deal with physical stores. I then called the Pancras store and was told that “maybe the manager can help, if he’s even around.” No accountability. No apology. No offer to resolve the situation — unless I physically go all the way back, waste 2 hours of my day, and hope someone even bothers to care. This is unacceptable for any brand — let alone one that dares call itself premium. Disgusted. Shame on Calvin Klein.
