  I am very disappointed with the customer service at the CK Wembley store. During my visit, the staff member at the counter (possibly named Sarah) was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable. I have shopped with CK before, but this experience at the Wembley location was very disappointing due to the attitude of the staff. I hope management can address this issue and improve the level of customer service in the future.

  Today there was a great discount at the store! And thanks to Shavini she helped us a lot and the lady at the cashier let us know about discounts. I’ll be back soon!

  1 star lost for the initial customer service 1 star lost for the return/exchange policy 1 star lost for the "outlet prices" which are not really outlet, you'll still pay 75 pounds for 4 items. 1 star left for the nice gentleman that tolerated my wrath during the attempted return 1 star left for the designs, because I like them Context: the outlet is fine, they have a decent selection and the prices are cheaper than normal CK (though not as cheap as I believe an outlet should be, its like 3-5 pounds off). However, when I purchased 3 pairs of underwear the CK employee did not tell me that I could not exchange or return the underwear, then when I came to return them because they don't fit (tried on over shorts, I'm not a monster), they would not accept them for exchange or return. However this was not explained at purchase, it's not posted anywhere, and I was not given a receipt (probably because the employee knew I couldn't return them period, no pun intended). However having known that at the time of purchase I would not have gotten them. They don't want them returned due to hygiene issues. I get that, that's why, everywhere else I've shopped in Europe and America, we are required to try them on over shorts. As an alternative solution, CK could provide a pair of "try on" panties for each type that they sell, then persons will just use the same pairs to try them on. I've never heard of not being able to try a pair of underwear and just having to eat the cost if it doesn't fit. Apparently at this store, or all CK stores in UK, it's policy they are supposed to tell you at check-out that you can't return the items, but when this doesn't happen what are consumes supposed to do expect expect throw away money?
