This was my first visit to the store, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. While I was shopping, I accidentally walked behind the till area because I wanted to reach the other side and inform a member of staff that I wanted to purchase two items. I genuinely did not realise that customers were not supposed to walk through that area. The Store Manager approached me and, rather than politely explaining the situation, spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner, saying, “You are not allowed to cross here.” I completely understand that there may be security rules regarding the till area, but there is a professional and respectful way to communicate them to a customer. If customers are not permitted to walk through that area, perhaps a clear sign or barrier should be in place. What concerned me even more was the way I was spoken to and made to feel. As someone from the Middle East, the manager’s attitude left me genuinely questioning whether I would have been treated in the same manner if I were from a different background. I cannot know what motivated his behaviour, but the interaction made me feel singled out, unwelcome, and unfairly judged. No customer should leave a store wondering whether their ethnicity or background influenced the way they were treated. I was there as a genuine customer, ready to purchase your products — and, ironically, I was already wearing Calvin Klein clothing. I certainly did not expect to be spoken to in a way that made me feel as though I had done something suspicious simply because I accidentally walked into a restricted area. Luxury and premium retail are not only about the products; they are also about how customers are treated. When I visit brands such as Zegna, including when I am wearing their products, I am consistently treated with courtesy and respect. I expected the same basic level of professionalism from Calvin Klein. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough. Instead, the Store Manager’s attitude turned what should have been a normal shopping experience into a humiliating and uncomfortable one. I hope Calvin Klein takes concerns about potential discriminatory treatment seriously and reviews what happened. Customers of every nationality and background deserve to be treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect. First visit, and unfortunately, my last.

Awful experience at this store. The fitting rooms are mixed-gender, covered only by curtains rather than doors, and there was no member of staff supervising the area. While I was in the middle of changing, a man suddenly opened my curtain and walked into the fitting room. It was extremely frightening and upsetting, and I was left feeling quite shaken afterwards. I reported the incident to a member of staff, but unfortunately the response was simply a brief apology before they walked away. There was no attempt to reassure me, investigate what had happened, or address the lack of supervision. For the remainder of my visit, there still appeared to be nobody monitoring the fitting-room area. I appreciate that mistakes can happen, but given the obvious privacy and safeguarding concerns with this fitting-room setup, I would have expected the incident to be taken much more seriously. I will not be returning to this store.

Came here twice two of your sales person the eastern european guy avoiding eye contact so no one bothers him thinking he’s smart as a customer i can feel it and the white girl don’t even bother to look at the stocks and try to check if they still have available sizes feels like they came to work just to stand around stop hiring sales people who don’t have any idea about sales as the difference between a good and bad service is a small detail of trying but hey it’s automatically “no we don’t have”
