- ADAnastasiia DerevenchukJun 2, 20261.0Today I visited the Calvin Klein store in Westfield and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. While the staff greeted me, nobody offered any assistance during my visit. What made me especially uncomfortable was being watched very closely by one employee while I was looking at lingerie, as if I was suspected of stealing, despite simply shopping with bags from other stores. At checkout, the cashier repeated the total price(around 100-110£) of my items multiple times in a way that felt unnecessary and judgmental. After the second time, I even asked her directly if I looked like someone who could not afford to pay for the items. No customer should be made to feel that way. I believe this behaviour is inappropriate, especially in a multicultural city like London where people should not be judged based on age or appearance. I also hope staff can be reminded about professionalism, customer service, and personal hygiene standards, as these things strongly affect the shopping experience. I expected a much more welcoming atmosphere from Calvin Klein, because I’m a regular customer

Particularly one of the staff, Maxwell, was extremely helpful and guided me through some gift ideas. Very good service, he deserves a raise! I 100% recommend and will definitely come back here again.
