  Lovely visit yesterday, popped in on the off chance of getting some kids jeans for our son. Levi's stores up and down the country have stopped stocking kids wear and I'm thrilled that CK are beginning to bring theirs back. We were greeted and assisted by Denise who was happy, personable, incredibly helpful and found us the only 2 pairs of age 12 denim jeans in the building. Great service, great conversation and a great relief to finally get some quality jeans for our son.

  Very rude staff I don’t know her name but she is not speaking English at billing counter no hi and thanks worst experience never coming back…

  I had been to the store at 7th June 2026 and had to face discrimination and rude behaviour from one the staff. When I asked for her name to raise a complaint, none of the staff were ready to give up her name as it was “company policy”. She was a woman who had coloured her hair blonde. She spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner and started displaying weird gestures when I was about to enter the trial room. The store manager Alex was kind and polite when he addressed the issue but it still doesn’t change the fact that I had to face discrimination and disrespect!! I hope she is held accountable for her actions.

  Too hot instore. No AC and feels like a bloody sauna!! I had my baby with me and this made him so cranky. Sales assistant Anisha made the shop a little easier. She was helpful getting my sizes when she saw it was a struggle with my baby. She was very kind and calm in this hot weather. Also its inhumane to have people working under such conditions!!! Calvin Klein need to do something about the AC asap!

  I recently popped in and purchased a pair of Calvin Klein jeans, and I wanted to share my thoughts. I was really impressed! I found they were mostly true to size. The waist fit perfectly. The supervisor Mahima who welcomed me to the shop and helped me through my shopping did a really good job! She made sure I got the correct size and offered to help me with anything else I’m looking for. Not often I go into stores and get good customer service like that, but that day Mahima went above and beyond for me and also went into the back to find me the correct size and came back with it I was really happy. Also she was very friendly as we was having a good conversation throughout my shopping. I would definitely come back again and ask for Mahimas help once again.
