  I came here and was greeted by Suwi who was the perfect person in front of the store with a massive smile and really kind eyes. It makes people want to come in and visit (even when it’s literally closing). Had a really cool chat and such an amazing gentleman and genuine to be part of the team. I wanted to give a shoutout to Tara who made my mum laugh and gave such a great service and also her energy was warm, welcoming and wise (really smart person). She was so bubbly and genuine too. Also wanted to comment that she was super considerate and had a really nice communication. Mahiba, she had a kind and great eye contact but she gives a positive vibe, also very mysterious which is good because customers will get a very good suggestion when she talks about the items of the store. Also she seemed focused in the job (#professional) she was very friendly. Also wanted to write a positive review to the Queen of the Store (assistant store manager Fardowso). She’s super calm and even under pressure or even store duties, she manages well and I believe the team works well because of her. Even when customers are literally coming before closing, her smile, warmth and kindness can’t be forgotten. *The store was clean and tidy, several sizes, cool environment, feels spacious but also feels comfy. Simple structure to men’s and women’s and very good lighting. Calvin Klein, is built on the details of service by its staff not just a logo or hype. Thanks Team

  Not happy at all with the experience with Calvin Klein at Battersea 🙄 As per the long receipt I got from the store, I got charged with my Visa and Mastercard accounts. The cashier claimed that I will get the refund in my Visa within 24 hours even if she did not process anything at that time, which never happened. I phoned them and spoke to Lorenzo he wanted me to go back to the store to get a refund, honestly a hassle. I did not have time to go back sooner as I was sick. I got back yesterday, only to be told that I was only charged once with my Mastercard. Like how? when both of my accounts got the charge. More over, I have to dispute the charge with my Visa account and have my card replaced 😮‍💨 If there is a negative star rating I would definitely give it to this store 😑
