  I just left the store feeling quite irritated and upset. As soon as I arrived to shop and went to the boxer shorts section a young man was hovering right over me without even asking if I needed assistance. Shortly after as I was heading to the checkout with my selected items, he aggressively snatched them from my hand. Unfortunately, people who fail to act professionally in their jobs need training and guidance to provide better customer service.

  Bought a pair of low rise trunks but I took the wrong size S by mistake. I didn't even open the box (but regardless, like many boxes in the store, came open by default anyway, very convenient for them to avoid refunds and exchanges) When I went back two weeks later to exchange them for a higher size they didn't allow under "hygienic" reasons. Awful policy for situation like this. Won't bother to buy CK again.

  I have a speech empediment and the Manager at this branch was SO RUDE, she accused to of stealing even though I came in with the items to return with a receipt then laughed and joked while I tried finding my receipt. She mockingly kept asking me if I had lost the receipt magically. Everytime i kept trying to explain my stutters took over and she wouldnt let me get any words out. What kind of behaviour is this from a manager???

  Absolutely lovely woman from India working there, I apologie as I didn't catch your name but you brightened my day. Unfortunately the other members of the staff were insanely rude, didn't say hi, they were cuddling while I was waiting for them to take care of me at the cashout.. didn't look at me once while talking to me.. the woman dropped the ribbon in the gift bag without making a bow and to go back asap to her discussion with her coworker without saying bye or anything? It was extremely uncomfortable and felt like getting served by teenager, the store was half empty so there's no excuse for such rude behavior.
