Despicable service, I went in today and there was an Asian lady at the counter, no acknowledgment whatsoever and infact MOVED AWAY FROM MYSELF AND MY FRIEND!!!! Working in luxury myself, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND YOU SHOULD NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. This experience has completely changed my mind on the brand and quite frankly, you have lost a customer, so congratulations

I have aftershave emulsion, body lotion and eau de cologne, love the distinctive Bvlgari scent and makes me feel good to wear it.. Expensive, yes! Worth it? Extravagantly nice tho'...
Good customer service, I just felt somewhat judged though regarding being dressed casually and felt staff where questioning / descriminatory in attitude etc?? Which is always off putting, hence just the 3 stars.
