- MMM m13Aug 7, 20241.0Visited 26th July Saturday, 1 hour before closing time and I have to say that I have never met such disinterested and less hospitable staff in any AD around the globe. Don’t expect much from Bucherer but the standards are on the floor. Cannot say the same about WoS. Will visit next time to have my details removed from the system.
- PFPaul FieldFeb 21, 20241.0Bought a Bucherer ladies watch 3 years ago for my wife. Sadly had to return it twice due to bad time keeping, and more recently because of a faulty strap. I was emailing to say it was repaired and ready for collection, but absolutely nothing was done to it. But the worse thing was being told, it was ment to be like this, and I had to except it. Now Bucherer have changed to clasp on the latest version, and I would have paid for this ,but was told nothing more could be done for my wifes watch. To be honest I feel the staff here are incompetent by telling me this is how it was ment to be. There is obviously a reason the strap has been redesigned. I have bought 3 watches from Bucherer over the last few years, but never again. Awful customer service from staff who really don't give a damm.

Took me through all the models and helped me make a decision. Gave incredibly helpful advice, very personable and friendly as-well as knowing every detail about the Rolex brand. Not a bad word to write about the service.
