  I had an excellent experience at Bucherer in Covent Garden, and a special mention must go to Alex, who made the whole experience of purchasing my first Rolex genuinely enjoyable. Alex was incredibly helpful, informative, and professional throughout. He took the time to explain the history and details of the Rolex Oyster Perpetual, and I actually learnt several things that made the experience even more interesting and memorable. What stood out most was Alex’s kind and approachable manner. He never made the experience feel rushed or purely transactional, and his knowledge and customer service made me feel completely at ease. Buying my first Rolex was a special occasion for me, and Alex played a big part in making it such a positive and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone visiting the Bucherer Covent Garden store. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the team.

  I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from the store team, especially Zeville and another member of the team whose name, unfortunately, I cannot remember. On the two special occasions when I visited the store and shared my story and the significance behind my purchase, the team went above and beyond to understand my situation and help me secure the watch I had been hoping for. The dedication and effort of the sales team to try their very best to help customers get the watch they want is truly commendable. The entire experience was made even more special because of the personal attention and genuine effort shown by the team. Once again, thank you very much for the outstanding service.

  Still waiting for a response from an advisor, due to damage to my timepiece during a service. It's been 50+ days, multiple phone calls and not a single response. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

  A slightly unusual review, but one that reflects the outstanding customer care of the whole Bucherer team. I recently lost my phone on the Elizabeth Line. When I rang it, the person who answered said his name was James, and we agreed to meet the following day at Bucherer so I could collect it. Foolishly, I hadn't asked for his full name, and when I arrived, two colleagues showed such kindness and patience as they helped me track down the mystery man. We eventually discovered he was one of the security team, and my phone and I were reunited. James couldn't have been lovelier from start to finish—professional, modest, and the very definition of integrity and decency. When I thanked him, he simply said it was all part of the Bucherer ethos. If that's true, Bucherer is doing something very right. Thank you, James C—you really made my day.
