- VVvikas vaghaniOct 5, 20261.0I have regularly ordered deliveries from Bestway Romford, but unfortunately the service has been very disappointing. On several occasions, I have received the wrong products, products with very short best-before dates, and stock that I would not expect to receive from a professional wholesaler. I have also had issues with the customer service when I returned products. On some occasions, when I have returned products because of these issues, I have had problems receiving the correct credit note or refund. What is most frustrating is that the response often feels like they believe they are always right, instead of properly listening to the customer and resolving the issue. I have given Bestway Romford several chances, but the repeated problems with orders, dates, returns, credits and customer service have left me extremely disappointed. This will probably be my last order with Bestway. I will be looking at other suppliers for my future orders. Very disappointing service – 1 star.
- LSLiam SpringJun 3, 20261.0When delivering in HGV if the bay is full you have to wait on double yellows before entering site. I waited 57min blocking the road having to shunt back n forth to let traffic by. Not ideal by any stretch of the imagination. Not looking forward to deliver here again if im this way.
