  First time (a month ago) I went to the store employees were snobby , and I was planning to leave with a gown but I backed out cuz of this guys attitude. I went in today and a different guy AGAIN was extremely rude and I rly wanted to leave with a fringe city bag (The door man today was rly nice tho). I don’t understand the attitude honestly so pls balenciaga if ur reading this the Bond Street team needs a rain check because they’re so rude thank you

  I had a wonderful experience in store with Francesco. He was helpful and very knowledgeable, with my purchase. I mentioned it was a gift for my boyfriend and he offered some of my favourite champagne with my purchase. Really impressed with the service and I will be shopping in Bond Street store again. Thank you to the team

  Told me a cap was available when I called but when I came the guy made excuses saying thre was a "pending order" from a customer concerning the same cap? Even if it was true why say it was available horrible service

  Kind and attentive staff. Unfortunately couldn’t get the name of the gentleman that was helping us out yesterday at around 2pm but he was incredibly insightful and provided us with lots of information on products and background. He also gave us space when needed, which is something we don’t see very often in the sales sector!

  Went into here to ask the employees some questions for a project I’m doing at uni and we met the most helpful guy who not only gave us every answer but also gave us a tour of the store, absolutely amazing
