  First time (a month ago) I went to the store employees were snobby , and I was planning to leave with a gown but I backed out cuz of this guys attitude. I went in today and a different guy AGAIN was extremely rude and I rly wanted to leave with a fringe city bag (The door man today was rly nice tho). I don’t understand the attitude honestly so pls balenciaga if ur reading this the Bond Street team needs a rain check because they’re so rude thank you

  I went to this shop to buy a bag, but the experience was just bizarre. There were no consultants around—only a security guard, who told me to sit on a bench and wait. I wanted to browse the bags while waiting, but he kept arguing and insisting that I stay seated, which really looked weird to me. The store was completely empty, yet no one came to help me for over five minutes. When I asked the guard where all the consultants were, he just mumbled that they were “busy.” Busy doing what? He couldn’t answer but tried to make up an excuse for me. I was literally the only customer there. I’ve never experienced such bad service in a shop like this before. I left feeling frustrated and won’t be coming back.

  ⚠️⚠️A fuir ⚠️⚠️ Arriver au magasin juste pour regarder ce qu’il y avais on a été très mal accueilli par les vendeurs, qui a soufflé quand nous lui avons dis que nous voulons juste regarder pour le moment. Il nous a suivi à la trace dans tout le magasin, en soufflant et tapant du pied. Je ne recommande pas dis aller. Zéro effort de la part des vendeurs pour être un minimum accueillant. Ce n’est pas étant que la boutique soit vide si chaque personne se fait accueillir comme cela. Finalement la personne la plus accueillant était le vigile. À fuir

  Well I'm afraid to say the negative reviews are true. Today was my second time visiting and I had a shop assistant following 2 feet behind me during the whole visit. I am a huge fan of Balenciaga and own many of their items but it would seem unless you visit wearing half of the brand's back catalogue or look like Demna himself you will be treated like a criminal. You can sense the staff are judging you the whole time. I even witnessed 2 of them giving each other a look which I took as being keep an eye on that one. Very unprofessional and creates a horrible shopping environment. I have worked in retail myself for 17 years and wouldn't dream of behaving like this around my customers. Definitely avoid. They don't deserve your business.

  Rude! Went in looking for a particular bag and got followed around the shop. Did not even try to stealthily follow us. We were supposed to notice and supposed to leave. We did. Not the brand for us.
