They have to go downstairs and back up again. Still, I had a good experience with Sue. She was very attentive, got my sizes right and helped style me too. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Two days later I went to exchange it, unfortunately there is no such option, it turns out that you can't try it on in the shop either, so you buy something that is not cheap and there is no option to try it on. Why doesn't the seller talk about it, he only talks about many unimportant things just to sell as much as possible and little information about very important things such as exchange or return. And 50 pounds wasted. This was my last visit to this shop, that I know for sure.
