  The other day I came into alo White City. Normally I get really anxious shopping at activewear brands because I am extremely insecure, especially being post pregnancy. Sara greeted me with such a nice smile and offering assistance and I immediately felt comfortable speaking to her. She took her time picking out bottoms in particular to what I said I felt the best in, and also empathised with how she also felt the same way sometimes which made me feel even more comfortable expressing my self. Not only did she pick out amazing pieces, but then came to check up on me in the fitting room, which definitely felt above and beyond. She asked how I was feeling in the bottoms before immediately complimenting which was really considerate as she cared more about how I felt which felt lovely. She really made me feel good about my self with her compliments and I left feeling so confident which is a feeling I haven’t had in a while! I’ve never felt more comfortable with a worker, it was truly amazing. I would definitely return to ALO due to this wonderful experience, unlike what you can get in other stores!

  Today I went to the London Westfield store and was served by a sales assistant called “ Sabrina “. I felt the need to express how lovely , polite and helpful she was. Today it is so rare to come across sales assistants who are friendly with such a warm attitude. I have visited the Knightsbridge store and have found the staff there miserable and extremely unhelpful. Also I find on occasions the staff hassle you and make you feel uncomfortable for taking your time to look at items. Sabrina stayed close so if I needed anything so was nearby but not hoovering over me making me feel pressured. I had my two children with me and she interacted with them whilst I was trying on some trainers which really helped. Even when we left the store they said “ she was such a nice lady “ :) Sabrina really is a an asset to your company and I sincerely hope she gets the recognition she so evidently deserves. Thank you Sabrina for making my shopping experience so pleasurable. Amy Moran.

  Came into Alo for a quick browse and Tommy was so helpful in understanding exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to listen and recommended some great options. She asked her colleague to grab a few items from the back, and he was incredibly quick and helpful, bringing out different sizes and options for me. I even joked, “They’re really putting you to work!” because of how fast he was moving. I actually came back with my mum about an hour later, and the same colleague was just as quick to help us both, bringing out more clothes from the back. He was friendly, efficient, and happy to help. I didn’t catch his name, but he was light-skinned and really stood out for his excellent service. Tommy and her colleague made the whole experience enjoyable we’ll definitely be back!

  Outstanding staff standing in entrance and serving behind the till. Smile and greeted, made me feel valued and welcomed.

  Had such a great experience at the Alo store in Westfield! Patience and Sabrina were absolutely amazing - so friendly, helpful, and genuinely fun to shop with. They made us laugh the whole time and turned what could have been a quick shopping trip into such an enjoyable experience. Their customer service was exceptional, and they made us feel so welcome. Thanks, Patience and Sabrina!
